Installation

Bricks and Tiles Engraving does not install bricks, tiles, stones or any other products.  You can install the products yourself or hire a qualified, licensed contractor to install and seal them for your project.

Large Orders

Orders of 500+ bricks in the same color are subject to slight variability in tone. Once installed the variability is not noticeable and bricks tend to wear and change to the same general tone over time.

Warranty

Bricks and Tiles Engraving offers a lifetime warranty on all our products, provided that they are sealed by your installer. If a brick or tile is broken upon arrival, please send us a photo of the damage and we will replace it for you for free.

Payment and Shipping

Bricks and Tiles Engraving takes checks or credit cards for your order payment.  We will process and ship your order after we receive your payment.

Please ensure that the shipping information you provide us is correct. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders but; in the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for additional shipping expenses.

Information Collection

We collect your contact information for the express purpose of reaching out to you about your brick engraving needs. We never sell your or your donors information to outside companies.
